Carb Caps: What are they and do I need one?

Essentially, a carb cap is a dabbing tool that we can use to trap the heat and vapor from the banger, allowing us to get our hits at a lower temperature. Dabbing at a lower temperature gives us a better tasting and stronger hit from our concentrates, and it also prevents the oils or waxes from burning away too quickly.

How does a carb cap work?

If you’ve ever smoked a bong, you are probably already familiar with the term ‘carb hole’. This is the hole we cover with our finger or thumb, and then uncover to clear the smoke from the chamber.
