Orders and Shipping
On average our customers report receiving their order within 7-10 days of us shipping them out. We ship all orders from Vancouver using Canada Post.
Creating an account is not a requirement to buy from us. However if you want you can create an account when you place any order.
You will receive a Tracking Number by e-mail once your order has been sent.

For security reasons we never see your credit card details and we have no way to store it. We only receive confirmation from our payment processor that your card was charged and the address to send your order.
We do not charge any sales tax.
Our website is only set up to ship orders to Canada and the United States. Shipping to other countries is usually very expensive but it you are willing to pay the shipping fees, Contact Us and we will get your a shipping quote.
It depends on the products you order, where possible we try to ship everything in one package. We offer Free Shipping on orders over US$50 so it doesn’t really matter if your order comes in more than one package as there is no extra cost to you.

Yes, we offer backorders on most of the items we produce. You will need to wait for our Glass Artists to make the item, so it can take upto 30 days for you to receive the item.
