Unfortunately mine came broken, I contacted Dom through messaging and he was prompt and said a replacement would be sent out. I sent photos and order number. I did a follow up last week and he said he would “get back to me” Either send a refund or send a new product but don’t leave people waiting, it’s just rude and bad business. My original purchase was on July 24th. I contacted merchant on Aug 2nd and a new item was suppose to be sent out, I contacted merchant again on Aug 11 and he responded on August 12 with “I’ll get back to you” it’s now August 17th and that’s not Ok!
