Diffuser Downstem with 18.8mm to 14.5mm Adaptor

This smart little adapter fits any Molino Bong with an 18.8 mm fitting. It acts as an adapter allowing you to fit any cup, bowl or banger with a 14.5 mm joint. It is manufactured in strong Pyrex Glass and will last forever if handled correctly.
