You must be 18 or over to view the content or purchase goods on this website. By using the services of this website you acknowledge and guarantee that you have reached the age of 18 and that you are providing true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself.

You shall comply with all applicable national and international laws, statutes and regulations regarding your use of this website and its sources.
You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of the username and password you use to access the MolinoGlass.com website.
All purchases are non-exchangeable, non refundable and non-transferable, except in certain circumstances. Please contact our customer service if you have any questions.
Only new, factory sealed and unused products can be returned within 7 days after receipt.
MolinoGlass.com must be notified before you return the goods. Please ask for the delivery address.
Returns are in the responsibility of the customer until they reach MolinoGlass.com. Shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
Once MolinoGlass.com receives the returned product in good condition the refund will be arranged by bank transfer or money order within 5 working days.
Bank fees or transaction fees will be deducted.
Damaged products should be reported to MolinoGlass.com as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of receiving your order. Photo or Video evidence is required to prove that your order arrived broken.
5. Loss During Transportation
MolinoGlass.com only carries the transportation risk. If your order does not arrive we will investigate and under most situations we will replace your order. However, orders or products confiscated by customs will not be replaced or refunded by MolinoGlass.com
Complaints will only be handled if returned to MolinoGlass.com within 7 days after receipt of the products. After this period has expired, the delivered products are deemed to have been found satisfactory and the delivery has been unconditionally accepted. If MolinoGlass.com is of the opinion that a complaint is justified, it is obliged only to deliver replacement products as soon as possible without you being entitled to compensation for any damages. Return, repair and/or replacement will be covered by MolinoGlass.com under the condition that the defect has not been caused by any incorrect, improper, careless or incompetent use or by modification of the products.
MolinoGlass.com is only liable for direct damages caused by the delivery of defective products up to the purchasing price of the products. Liability for indirect damages is excluded.
